Kenwood Management Executes 7-Year Lease With Kitchen Guard in Capitol Heights, Maryland
Kenwood Management Company announced today the successful execution of a 7-year lease with Kitchen Guard by its affiliate, Hampton Center East.
Kitchen Guard, a premier NFPA-compliant commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning provider, is strategically relocating to 9223-9225 Hampton Overlook in Capitol Heights. From this strategically located facility, they will deliver safe and efficient solutions to restaurants and food service establishments throughout the Washington DC metro area, expanding their reach and services.
Kitchen Guard was represented by Randy Miller from Hyatt Commercial Real Estate, and Aaron Carroll and Spence Daw represented Kenwood from KLNB.
Kenwood purchased the 74,000 sf Hampton Center project in 2002 and has owned and operated it since. The building contains 26 small bay warehouse units ranging in size from 2,142 sf to 3,326 sf and offers both dock high and drive-in capabilities. Conveniently located off the Washington Beltway (I-495) and Central Avenue, the property is 97% leased, with one 2,142sf unit currently available.
