BETHESDA, Md. - Sept. 15, 2018 - Corvias connects private-sector resources with public-sector challenges to provide solutions. Prince George’s County has partnered with Corvias to further develop the county’s stormwater infrastructure. Rob Pugh of Edge Commercial represented Corvias, and Ken Fellows — also of Edge Commercial — represented Kenwood Management in the lease agreement.

Inglewood Business Park contains the Largo Town Center Metro station and is home to numerous Prince George’s County agencies. It is the future location of the $543 million, 600,000-square-foot regional hospital, which will be owned and operated by the University of Maryland Medical Center. The hospital is expected to open in 2021.

“Inglewood Business Park has become the primary business hub for Prince George’s County,” Bill Singer, a principal of Kenwood Management, said. “Corvias is a great addition to Lottsford’s growing list of county-related service businesses.”
