The College Park Plaza Shopping Center is a neighborhood center located at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and West 7th Street in Frederick, Maryland. This center provides convenient access to Hood College and Frederick Memorial Hospital. The Common Market Co-op occupies a 40,720-square-foot company-owned store and the balance of the center consists of 35,000 square feet of inline stores anchored by CVS Pharmacy. Three pad sites contain facilities for Taco Bell, Bank of America, and M&T Bank. Originally constructed in 1987 on 5.3 acres, the shopping center was completely remodeled in 2000.
