04.01.14 Edge Commercial Real Estate Represents Landlord of 9475 Lottsford Road In New Lease that Brings Largo Property to 94 Percent Occupancy

EDGE Commercial Real Estate, the leading locally owned commercial real estate advisory, management and investment company in the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area, announces today that it has negotiated for the owner of 9475 Lottsford Road in a new lease that, despite a soft commercial office market throughout the region, leaves the Largo building with only a 6 percent vacancy.

Ken Fellows, EDGE’s Senior Partner, and Rob Pugh, a Principal with the firm, represented Bethesda-based Kenwood Management Company in a 4,375-square-foot lease for Reston-based Stanley Martin at the 122,000-square-foot Lottsford Business Center, which was built in 1988 and features a unique mix of high-bay warehouse, office and R&D space.

“We’re extremely pleased with EDGE's efforts on securing a lease with Stanley Martin,” says Bill Singer, a Principal with Kenwood Management. “We have a strong long-term relationship with EDGE, dating back to 2007, when we hired EDGE to market this Largo property. We are proud of the fact that this building is now 94 percent occupied, a reflection of the EDGE Landlord Advisory Group’s unmatched dedication and expertise.”
